No. There is no swiping, no browsing, no messaging and no public profiles. We are a private, application-only network: people apply, are verified and interviewed, and a human matchmaker proposes one introduction at a time. Both sides must say yes before anything happens.

Joining the verified network is free for women, by application. Men pay a one-off verification and membership fee of €300, or commission a search. Paying clients — any member may become one — fund the active searches. Nobody ever pays per message or per introduction.

Government ID with a liveness photo match, a relationship-status declaration, professional and education confirmation, and a fifteen-minute video interview with a matchmaker. Private Client mandates can add formal background checks. Anyone who fails verification does not enter the network.

No. Profiles are never public and never searchable; only matchmakers see them in full. An introduction shares limited information with one person, privately, and only after a matchmaker has judged the fit. A chief executive can join without colleagues ever finding a profile.

By an objective event, agreed in writing before any search begins: both parties confirm they have entered an exclusive relationship together, or both end matchmaking to pursue one. It is never contingent on marriage. The full definition is on our legal pages.

The service, not the outcome: verification of every member, continuous search activity, a defined number and quality of introductions for your tier, structured feedback after each date, and the agreed duration of the search. We do not guarantee love — nobody honestly can.

Select mandates run six months and Signature nine; most clients receive their first introduction well within the first month. Private Client searches are bespoke. If we believe your search needs longer — or cannot succeed — we tell you before taking your mandate.

Yes. Every mandate can be paused once, and cancelled within the statutory cooling-off period. Nothing renews automatically without your written confirmation. Duration, renewal and cancellation terms are displayed conspicuously on the Cancellation & renewal page — not buried in a PDF.

Yes — deliberately. The network runs across Milan, London and Dubai, then Paris, Monaco, Switzerland and Singapore. Many members are internationally mobile, and relocation openness is part of your profile. You are only introduced abroad if both of you said yes to that.

Identity documents of declined applicants are deleted on a strict retention schedule, and you can request erasure of your profile at any time under GDPR or UAE PDPL. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires. The privacy policy states the exact periods.
