Code of conduct
Short and enforced: honesty, respect, confidentiality.
1. Honesty
You are who you say you are: your identity, your age, your relationship status, your photographs and your intentions. Misrepresenting any of these — above all, being married or in a relationship — ends membership immediately.
2. Respect
Introductions are between adults who have both said yes. Treat every introduction with courtesy: show up, be on time, decline gracefully, give honest feedback. Harassment of any kind, inside or outside a date, ends membership.
3. Confidentiality
What you learn about another member belongs to them. No screenshots, no gossip, no sharing of names, photographs or details with anyone. The discretion you expect is the discretion you owe.
4. Enforcement
One serious breach ends membership, without refund, at Troth's reasonable judgement. Lesser breaches earn one warning. Members can report concerns confidentially to their matchmaker or to hello@trothclub.com [placeholder address].
