Cancellation & renewal

1. Durations

Select: €1,800 for 6 months. Signature: €3,500 for 12 months. Private Client: bespoke duration agreed in the mandate. The men's verified-membership fee (€300) is one-off and has no duration or renewal.

2. No automatic renewal

No tier renews automatically. Before a mandate expires we ask, in writing, whether you wish to renew; silence means the mandate simply ends.

3. Cooling-off

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of signing a mandate without giving a reason [EU/UK statutory withdrawal right; UAE equivalent to be confirmed by counsel]. If you ask us to begin the search immediately, a proportionate amount may be deducted for work already performed.

4. Pausing

Every mandate may be paused once, for up to [60 days — placeholder], extending the end date by the same period. Membership of the network can be paused at any time by email.

5. Cancellation after cooling-off

You may terminate a mandate early in writing. Refunds are calculated on the guaranteed introductions already delivered and verification work performed [schedule placeholder — for lawyer drafting]. The success bonus is never charged on a cancelled mandate.

6. Our right to decline or end a mandate

If our qualified-match check shows we cannot serve you honestly, we decline the mandate before taking your money — or offer external recruitment. If a member seriously breaches the Code of conduct, we may end membership and any mandate without refund of the elapsed portion.
